附专家简介：Brief Introduction to the Seminar Facilitators Dr. Enrique Rueda-Sabater Enrique Rueda-Sabater, a Spanish national, has been at the World Bank for over two decades of increasing responsibilities and has worked in countries all over the world—ranging from Thailand to Mexico, to Tanzania and Ukraine.

Enrique Rueda-Sabater博士，西班牙公民，在世界银行工作二十余年，为世界银行资深专家，工作足迹从泰国到墨西哥，从坦桑尼亚到乌克兰，遍布全球。

 He is now Director, Corporate Strategy and Integrated Risk Management. In this function since 2002, he has led an extensive scenario exercise for the world in 2020, the design of a strategy simulation game to underpin resource allocation strategy, and the development/launch of a framework for integrated risk management. His department is also responsible for orchestrating the business planning process at the World Bank and for an innovation-seeking program (DevelopmentMarketplace.org).

Enrique博士目前担任世界银行 “公司战略与整体风险管理研究部”主任。他领导下的研究部从2002年起进行了大量研究工作，包括2020年全球情景分析，设计用于巩固资源分配战略的情景模拟游戏，并发展了整体风险管理架构。他领导的研究部也负责世界银行组织计划流程的策划以及创新探索项目。

 Before joining the World Bank, he was a brand manager with Procter & Gamble, an economic journalist and lectured, which he has continued to do sporadically. Enrique has an MBA, from ESADE (Barcelona, Spain) as well as graduate degrees in Economics and Agricultural Economics (from the University of Reading, England, and Pennsylvania State University).

 Dr. Kangbin Zheng Dr. Kangbin Zheng is currently a senior corporate planning officer at the World Bank’s Department of Corporate Strategy and Integrated Risk Management, with more than 10 years experience in project financing, risk management, and economic analyses.

郑康宾博士, 世界银行 “公司战略与整体风险管理研究部”高级研究员，在项目融资，风险管理和经济分析领域有超过十年的专业经验。

 Before joining the World Bank, he worked as a vice president of the Washington International Institute of Management and Technology and the marketing director of Wuhan Friendship Trading Company. Kangbin obtained his Ph.D in economics from Georgetown University and his MBA from Wuhan University.

在加入世界银行之前，郑博士曾担任华盛顿管理与技术国际研究所副所长、武汉友谊贸易公司市场部主任。郑博士拥有武汉大学MBA学位，并从美国乔治敦大学取得经济学博士学位。

 Enrique Rueda-Sabater Specialization:strategy formulation, strategic analysis and risk management Languages:English, Spanish, French, Swahili Enrique Rueda-Sabater, is Director, Strategy (since April 2003), and Risk Management. Prior to this position, he was Sr. Manager, Special Programs and Corporate Risk Management. He designed and launched the implementation of an institution-wide Risk Management Framework; Sr. Advisor to the UN on Financing for Development; Sr. Advisor to MIGA’s Executive Vice President, wrote a publication entitled "The Bargaining Power of Developing Countries to Attract Foreign Investment" which was published in Corporate Governance--An International Review.He led work on the design for the Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers that are currently implemented by the IMF and World Bank while on a special assignment with the office of the Managing Director-Operations. Sr. Manager, Financial Resource Mobilization. He led a team on two IDA "replenishment" negotiations—managed the preparation of key position papers and engaging with donor governments at senior levels. Managed the annual allocation of IDA funds ($5-7 billion in annual lending) across 80 potentially eligible countries and the design and launch of multi-donor trust funds for HIPC Debt Reduction and to provide debt service support in the aftermath of hurricane Mitch in 1998.Prior to joining the Bank, he was visiting lecturer in MBA program at ESADE, Barcelona; Asia-Europe Institute, University of Malaysia. He holds a PhD (ABD) Economics/Agricultural Economics: Pennsylvania State University (1980) MSc Agricultural Economics/Policy: University of Reading (1977) and MBA and Lic. in Business Economics: ESADE, Barcelona (1975)
