Jack Chuang is a Partner at OC&CGreater China office with over 13 years of retail and digital experience.

Prior to joining OC&C, Jack worked forIntel Corporation in the United States, Taiwan, and China. Jack has playedcritical roles in setting corporate and product strategy, retail deployment,marketing plans, and product development process designs

Since joining OC&C, he has serveddomestic and international companies in projects around expansion, market entryand business growth strategy in both the consumer goods and retail sectors

Jack holds a Master’s from StanfordUniversity in the field of Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor’sfrom Cornell University in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a Minor inEngineering Management

Joined OC&C in 2013 as a freshgraduate.

Prior to joining OC&C, Yvonne internedin consulting firm in US.

Yvonne holds a Master’s from University ofSouth California in the field of Public Policy and Public Administration and aBachelor’s from Fudan University in English Language and Literatue with a Minorin International Finance and Trade.

Associate Consultant (Entry Level) – Greater China
OC&C is a leading global strategy consulting firm with 14 offices around the world. We work for senior executives, providing solutions to some of the most exciting strategic problems in consulting today. OC&C serves multiple industries worldwide. The Greater China office has built expertise in Retail, Consumer Goods and Private Equity.
The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support the delivery of strategic advice to clients; provide professional advice to the senior management of major international corporations; deliver the analytic modules assigned which involves various data gathering, analysis and interpretation of the results.

Skills Required:
Our Greater China office is looking for candidates with the highest level of communication and analytical skills. They will be able to demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
- Problem solving: End-to-end problem solving including analytical, quantitative, intellectual, creative and other challenges.
- Written communication: Efficiently create clear and concise written and graphical work for use in team settings.
- Personal impact and oral communication: Effective oral communication and presentation of own work in a team setting.
- Job management/Team work: Collegial and collaborative; carries out fair share of work; consistently adds creative, insightful ideas; meets all deadlines; demonstrates ability to lead and motivate others well.
- Client relations: Contribution to clients' positive view of OC&C in general and the team in particular.
- Professional skills: Exemplifies critical characteristics of a professional client services consultant.
- Firm contribution: Plays an enthusiastic role in developing the Firm's earned reputation for high calibre client work and in establishing the personality of the Firm and the Office.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the highest level of academic achievement at first class academic institutions. Please ensure you disclose your University education. Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is required.
In addition, they will have an intuitive analytical mind and strong numeracy. Through their extra-curricular or academic activities they will be able to demonstrate strong teamwork skills and be able to communicate very effectively in both written and oral settings. Finally, they will through enterprise, academic or other activity have demonstrated a natural entrepreneurial bent, which translates into a 'get it done' attitude.
