Job Description:

 

Groupon in China is growing rapidly and we are looking to recruit young (at heart), mobile, very smart, talented, ambitious people with a strong interest in entrepreneurship to join our Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program.

 

As an EIR, you will be able to take on various management roles including business development, project management, and operations.

·  Highly analytical, problem-solver

·  Demonstrated leadership abilities (able to lead multiple teams)

·  Self-starter and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·  Top performer at current employer

·  Graduated from top-tier MBA program

·  Previous work experience with top-tier investment bank or consulting firm

·  Highly mobile (able to move to new cities in China)

·  Preference for flat work structure

·  Thirst for challenge and adventure

·  Experience working in cross-cultural environments

·  Understands and able to champion Groupon's business model

·  Fluent in Mandarin

·  3-7 years of work experience
