简介 Introduction
The Siemens Graduate Program (SGP) offers you the ideal start to your career – your opportunity to prepare yourself for a successful career at Siemens. Designed as an intensive and internationally oriented two-year program, the SGP will prepare you for future leadership tasks, offering both flexibility and diverse work experiences. The program, which enables you to actively integrate your interests and your qualifications, consists of three challenging eight-month assignments, during which you’ll be familiarized with at least two functional areas in one of our Sectors. One of these three assignments will take place abroad at one of our 1,700 international business locations. On this international rotation you’ll learn about the local business and culture while taking on various responsibilities and project work. You will also receive an intensive training program and the opportunity for personal development. A personal mentor will be at your side for the duration of the program, helping you to achieve your various objectives while promoting your development and assisting you in planning your career.

我的工作职责是什么？What are my responsibilities
·      两年内通过三个具有挑战性的轮岗（其中一个在海外），密集的培训和导师指导，管理培训生项目培养参与者成为未来管理领导人才。
·      After three challenging assignments in two years, one of them abroad, intense training on and off the job, and mentoring, the SGP program participants should be developed to be future leaders with management responsibilities.
·      掌握相关自动化和产品知识及行业应用    
·      Master all power distribution , automation  and power system  product portfolio, product knowledge and applicat
·      从技术角度和项目管理方面了解工程项目执行过程。同时，通过培训对产品知识和行业应用有一定的了解
·      Know engineering project execution both on technical aspect and project management. Meanwhile, through training in project, have deep understanding of product application and branch know-how.
·      完成销售支持和配置工作
·      Sales support and configuration
·      了解销售流程、客户管理系统和搭建工作网络
·      Learn sales process, Customer relationship management, and internal net-work build-up
 
我如何才能胜任？What do I need to qualify for this job?
·      硕士及其以上学历优秀毕业生
·      Master or comparable degree completed with above-average grades, also Ph. D. candidates are welcome
·      电气工程、电力系统、能源、自动化或相关工业专业，硕士可为战略市场或MBA.
·      Electric Engineering, Power system,  Energy and Automation or Industrial related majors master degree, master degree in strategic marketing or MBA
·      熟悉电气工程和配电相关知识，在跨国公司具有销售、业务拓展或产品管理相关工作经历或实习经历者优先
·      Familiar with and understands electrical engineering, power distribution system preferred, 1-2 years working experiences or        
·      real internship experience in sales/business development or product management in international companies preferred
·      英语流利，掌握更多语言者优先
·      Fluency in English; knowledge of further languages is welcome
·      思想开放，积极性强，乐于接受挑战
·      Open-minded, highly motivated and ready to take on challenges
·      接受弹性工作地点，并能适应不断改变的工作环境
·      Flexible, mobile and interested in working in an international and constantly changing work environment
