Instructional Design – Analyst Level
Theopportunity is for Learning consulting where an individual must be experiencedin the learning industry and should have played role of an InstructionalDesigner/content developer.
Theindividual should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment andchanging requirements with frequent client interactions. Onsite travel is anintegral part of this job and the individual should expect ad-hoc frequenttravel.
Theindividual must understand the importance of designing and deliveringappropriate Learning systems/performance support tools in the context of alarge change program or a workforce transformation initiative.
