职位名称Compliance Manager


岗位目标The Compliance manager is responsible for compliance issues of group level and dealers as well as legal issues. Regarding reporting he/she supervises that group regulations as well as local and group laws are followed.


主要职责和任务:
- Drive consistency in compliance decision making and policy interpretation;
- Adapting compliance training programs to local regulations & conditions and assist local management to comply with internal compliance standards;
- Delivering and documenting compliance training to new hires and existing associates;
- Coordinate the follow-up of internal and external hints on possible breaches of compliance;
- Execute compliance monitoring plan governance.


职位所需资格和能力:
• Bachelor degree or above  in economics or law related;
• Good command of English language skills; 
• Working experience in multinational company with legal background or law firm is a plus; 

• Experience in compliance area is highly preferred;
• Clear and clarified background of previous working experience;
• Understanding and imposing Group  philosophy, image and identity;
• Honest, reliable and principled;
• Good knowledge of local legislations, business laws, etc;
• Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, financial software);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Chinese and English;
• High degree in interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work in teams;
• Works well under pressure;
• Excellent organizational skills.
