Our client is one of Europe's largest and most prestigious garment retail companies. Their local sourcing office is looking for high caliber candidates to join their dynamic and fast growing operations in Shanghai.
Position: Compliance Officer社会责任审核员
MAIN TASKS:
-Schedule training for new suppliers and factories
-Conduct compliance audits and prepare audit reports
-Review audit reports from 3rd party monitoring firms
-Manage suppliers and factories corrective action plan
-Schedule face-to-face meetings with suppliers regarding compliance issues when needed
-Establish and maintain positive relationships with appropriate local labor officials/leaders, NGOs
-Maintain and update records for compliance program
-Assist in the compliance projects implementation
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate with minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of labour and environmental law in China
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to drive results
- High ethical standards
- Good interpersonal, organizational and coordinating skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- High proficiency in written/spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- A team player

His/her focus on in-company trainings and open-courses.
Key responsibilities
1. Analyze company’s market and understand key trends
2. Look for market opportunities and generate leads
3. Present Our services and introduce our trainers
4. Close deals
5. Manage profitable relationships with clients
6. Work with trainers to develop new products and services
7. Participate in marketing events
8. Manage accounts receivable
Skills Requirement
1. University degree or above. Majoring in Human Resources-, Organization Development-, or Management-related is preferential.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience, at least 3 years proven sales record in training industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; good network builder.
4. Strong business sense, including excellent negotiation skills.
5. Proactive, possess initiative, good team player, entrepreneurship, integrity.
6. Good spoken and written English.
