THE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

The Management Associate will participate in a comprehensive and structured 18-months career program that aims at talented graduates who are interested to develop their career in the financial industry.  The program is designed to provide the incumbent the diverse experience in varies business aspects, as well to develop core competencies and technical skills in an accelerated environment to build on a career in the financial markets. 

QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA graduate with outstanding academic achievement in renowned universities, with at least 3 years of working experience in the China capital market, financial industry or Management Consultant is a definite advantage
· Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented
· With high learning ability and positive curiosity
· Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member
· High degree of literacy in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent communication skills.  Fluency in written and verbal Chinese Mandarin and English, additional Cantonese an advantage
