Mark Greeven (PhD, Erasmus University) is Associate Professor at the Management Science and Engineering Department of Zhejiang University, School of Management. He is the current director for the MBA program Global Entrepreneurship Program. He is a research fellow at the China’s National Institute for Innovation Management, Zhejiang University Academy for Global Zhejiang Entrepreneurs and China Centre for Innovation (China-Europe International Business School). Before moving to China, he was 3,5 years Assistant Professor and co-founder of MSc Chinese Economy and Business at the Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands.

Mark's expertise is in innovation & entrepreneurship, creativity, cross cultural management and global R&D. Furthermore, he investigates Chinese firms going abroad and cooperation with foreign firms. Findings of his research are published in international academic journals, book chapters, teaching cases (recently on Alibaba Group), and newspapers such as The Financial Times.

He has wide training and teaching experience, supervising over 100 students and giving executive and in-company workshops in among others DSM, Bosch, Honeywell, Philips, HULT, RSM, and CEIBS. Mark is a mentor at Chinaccelerator, a TMT startup incubator in Shanghai, and scientific committee member in the World Entrepreneurship Forum.
