Bio：

Prof. Kondo got his BA from Princeton, PhD from MIT. He teaches “The Financing of Startups” at Desautels. He has experience advising startups on fundraising matters (e.g., evaluating and negotiating term sheets) but can also chime in on other strategic, organizational, and legal issues.
