SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY:

Victor Lixin Lei, ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ New Haven board SMP chair. Victor is an experienced leader on Lean/Six Sigma/Quality, Global Manufacturing and new business set up. He worked for Genertec Group Holding as a Senior Industrial Investment Manager, Stanley Works as Lean/Six Sigma/Quality Manager. Currently he works for Hubbell Incorporated as a Senior Engineer and Master Black Belt. Victor is the President of LEI Institute Inc, a research based technology management firm with business focus on Lean/Six Sigma; quality and reliability improvement on electrical wiring industry, Green energy and environmental protection. Victor holds MMM and PH.D on Engineering.

His talk will cover:

1) Lean/Six Sigma application on quality improvement;

2) Post China manufacturing and global order reshaping on manufacturing and sourcing
