JD:
1. Store Operation Management:
l Guarantee the implementation of merchandise policy (assortment, implantation, price, quality, information, merchandise flow) in the store.
l Maintain the company assets constantly, ensure the safety of environment, products, customers, employees and equivalents
l Listen to customer to know, analyze and react to meet customer expectations and retain customer loyalty.
2. Finance Management:
l Take full responsibility to store sales and margin forecast.
l Investment suggestion according to long term development strategy.
l Strictly execute finance process and work step
3. Employee Management:
l Talent development through internal communication and training , promotion process.
l High efficient management on well-adapted store human structure
l Delegate, control and trust in order to encourage individual expression and team success.
l Ensure the laws related to the products, labor, environment and train management team.
Position Request:
1. Degree: MBA or above
2. Language: Good command of English both in written and oral English
3. Major: Business administration, economy or related specialty
4. Interested in retail, experience in retail is preferred.
5. Strong analyzing, planning, and organizing ability, leadership.
