Main responsibilities:
· Recruit right candidates for open positions
· Together with business managers, develop and implement talent management strategy and program
· Guide and coach line managers to develop and retain talents
· Facilitate annual talent management process, such performance review, individual development planning, potential evaluation, promotion, salary adjustment/variable bonus discussion
· Assist line managers on poor performance management, disciplinary action if needed
· Work with other HR function on process improvement
· Based on business needs, initiate change/organization development project

【任职资格】:
硕士学历

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for training programs related to Bosch Production System (BPS), technical and shop floor management, providing total solutions from training demand identification, training needs analysis, training courses sourcing, training implementation, training record & reports, and follow up the training evaluation.
· Responsible for Bosch China Apprentice Program at PTCN: apprentices selection, apprentices management, on-the-job training and classroom training arrangement for apprentices, communicating with the shop floor departments and vocational school for continuous improvement of the program
· Responsible for leadership development program for shop floor management: training modules and courses system development, course development and delivery
· Promote and develop the cooperation between technology colleges and the company as the contact person
· Involved in optimization of company training system
· Provide service to employee inquiry related to training
· Flexible to other tasks related to training
· Work as change agent in facilitation of organizational development in line departments
Requirement:
· Master degree is preferred
· At least 2 years’ experience in foreign-invested manufacturing company (training related is a plus; fresh graduate without working experiences but with good potential can also be considered)

3. ERP项目实施经理 ERP Project Leader
Responsibilities:
· As user department project leader, work closely with technical project leader and functional departments. Responsible for ERP system implementation in Asia pacific, in charge of managing the project schedule, budget, and milestones, monitoring status, assessing and mitigating risks, reporting to management, managing staffing and task assignments, and overall project management
· As regional coordinator for global ERP project, coordinate required activities (e.g. integration test) in Asia pacific entities includes plants and sales organizations. Make sure the activities are completed according to project plan & reported to central project leader about the status on time.
· Change management & requirement management for existing ERP systems, and continuously enhance system support to improve/satisfy business requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelor or Master degree, Computer Science, Informatics, Business preferred
· 3 years experience in ERP project management
· SAP know-how
· Knowledge in Procurement, Logistics, and basic financial preferred

4. 需求计划经理Demand Planning Manager AP
Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for forecasting the market needs in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing to ensure, in cooperation with the plant, that the market demand can be fulfilled. Demand Planning Manager is responsible for the regular contact with each Country Sales Organization in Asia Pacific on all updated market information, promotion preparation, forecasting, overstock reduction, etc. Demand Planning Manager is in charge of setting the reorder point, monitoring the replenishment and, in case of expectations, initiating activities to ensure availability in time.
· The regular communication with the Brand Manager in country, central marketing, plant and L&G logistic headquarter is really important. DM should coordinate the sales forecast in a monthly meeting with the Brand Manager but should also communicate on a weekly/ daily basis with fixed agenda which defined by demand planning process. On the other side DM should communicate with the plant, L&G logistic headquarter and central marketing to ensure delivery, monitor replenishment, coordinate allocation in case of a bottle neck.
· Make planning according to finished goods inventory planning process. This includes the ROP setting, follow up the logistic business from new launches, phase out and promotion items, place orders, postpone or cancel orders, monitor replenishment
