Position: Management Consultant
Location: Shanghai/Nanjing/Hangzhou
Job Description
- Develop Organization Change Strategy related
consulting business in different industry, e.g. Communication\
Banking\Insurance\Resource & Utility.
- Carrying out research and data collection;conducting
analysis;identifying issues and forming hypotheses;
- Interviewing client’s employees, management team and
other stakeholders;
- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops;
- Preparing business proposals/presentations;
- Ensuring the client receives the assistance needed
to implement the recommendations/solutions;
- Taking leadership role in the management of client
relationships;
- Lead or participate key account engagement to
identify client’s management issue, and provide insightful solution to help
client’s business development.
Requirements:
- Management Consultant experience preferred;
- Flexibility to travel;
- Exceptional communication and relationship building
skills;
- Dedication to client success and willingness to work
hard;
- Fluent English communication skills, overseas
background is a plus;
- MBA degree or equivalent from a distinguished
University/Business School.
